For every person you refer to eHorse that makes a deposit into a new account, we will pay you a 30% of all the revenue we earn from that player.
2) Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate?

3) How does the Affiliate Program work?

As an affiliate you earn commission on the revenue generated by the horse players you refer. 4) What do I get paid for?

5) How do I get started?
Answer:
Go to http://affiliates.Horizon20.com and "Join Now"
You will receive access the reporting system and to our Banner Manager, which contains all of our creatives. The Banner Manager will provide HTML code that you can cut and paste into your Website. Your Tracking ID will be automatically included in your creative code.
6) How do I know how much commission I have earned?
Answer:
Simply log into your account at http://affiliates.Horizon20.com and take a look at your Summary Report. You can find the Summary Report in the reports menu located at the top of the screen. There is a heading titled “Commission Balance”, this will give you the total amount that you have earned. You can also access many other reports from the reports menu. Select the date range you would like to verify your commissions for and press “Process”. Here you have the option to view your earnings by Date, month, banner or site.
7) How do I see how many new players I have sent?
Answer:
Simply log into your account at http://affiliates.Horizon20.com and take a look at your Summary Report. Here you can track clicks, sign ups, bets and the financial activity of your players.
8) How often are reports updated?
Answer:
The Player Data is uploaded daily, so that they accurately measure all the activity generated up to and including the previous day.
9) How often do I get paid?
Answer:
Affiliate payments are processed once a month for all balances reaching and threshold of $200. If a $200 balance is not achieved, your balance will be carried over and added to your next months' balance.
10) What is the commission structure?

Revenue Share Structure:
Affiliates earn 30% commission on all eHorse revenue generated by the players they refer. It is calculated as a percentage of the revenue or net losses generated by the horse player. For the purposes of the affiliate program, revenue is defined as the total of all players’ losses to all bets / wagers the players were involved in while playing at eHorse, less any credits, bonus or promotional amounts given to players, charge-backs or any uncollectible revenue attributable to the player.
11) I operate more than one website. Can I put banners on my other sites?
Answer:
Yes. You have the option of using multiple tracking codes to track different promotions on different sites. You can track all your promotions under one ID, or separate them by promotion.
12) Where do I access my banners (where do I get my tracking code?)
Answer:
Simply go to http://affiliates.Horizon20.com , log into your account and click "Banners". Here you will find a variety of eHorse banners as well as Banners promoting our other gamming sites.
13) Can I change the tracking code?
Answer:
We do not recommend that you alter the affiliate tracking code in any way. If you do change the code, we are not liable if your stats are inaccurate.
14) How can I request a special banner for my site?
Answer:
If you’d like us to create a special banner that is not already available in our Banner Manager, simply send cs@betehorse.com the following details:
- File format
- Banner dimensions
- Desired language
- The URL of the site in which the banner is going to appear in.
- The exact location of the banner.
Upon approval we will create the banner according to your specifications and send it to you.
15) How do I update my personal account information and Payment information?
Answer:
You can update your personal information by logging into your affiliate account and going to the “Account Section”. In the text boxes that contain your personal information, make any desired changes and then hit “Update” to save your updates.
You can update your payment information by logging into your affiliate account and going to the “Payment Info”. You will have the option to change payment methods. Select this option and you will see you can fill in the payment information, make any desired changes and then hit “Update” to save your updates.
16) Can I receive commission for signing up as a player?
Answer:
No, you are not allowed to register yourself as a Referred Player or register on behalf of any third party.
17) I am not sure my link/tracking code is working properly. How do I know that my referrals are being tracked to me?
Answer:
You can verify your tracking code by going in to the banner manager. (Located at the top of the screen)
Here you will have access to your banner codes.

18) How do I close my affiliate account?
Answer:
If you wish to close your account please send an email to affiliates@Horizon20.com. Please include the reason for your request.
